No Returns
All products sold by One Cart SA are sold on a final sale basis. We do not accept returns once an order has been placed and delivered.

No Refunds
All completed sales are final. One Cart SA does not offer refunds for products purchased through our online store except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund requests based on the following reasons will not be approved:

No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on products purchased through our online store.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit,
- Defective upon arrival, or
- Incorrect compared to your order,
you must notify One Cart SA within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Contact details
- Clear photos of the item received
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Upon verification, One Cart SA may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement product or another suitable resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
One Cart SA reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraud
- Technical or administrative errors
Where an order is cancelled by One Cart SA, any payment received for that order will be refunded.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only.
One Cart SA is not responsible for delays resulting from:
- Courier disruptions
- Public holidays
- Severe weather conditions
- Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
- Events beyond our reasonable control
